Curt Mincey
Manager of Steel Construction
As Caprock’s Project Manager, Curt Mincey helps with everything from estimates and bids to selling projects and keeping work on track. His favorite part of the job is visiting jobsites and watching projects grow from paper drawings to complete steel structure.
Curt is a man of many talents. He’s a former police officer and played college football. He also enjoys golfing, hog hunting, and hanging out with his family.
Mark Gilbreath
Manager
Mark’s main job with Caprock is to ensure we have the proper resources, team, and oversight for our project managers. He ensures we pursue the right projects with the right customers—projects that we can truly help succeed.
Mark’s favorite part of the job is helping develop young talent. There’s no feeling like watching someone grow into a confident leader. He loves everything about buildings—designing them, building them, even maintaining them. He’s passionate about architecture and history and how we got where we are today.
Mark served with the US Army in Operation Desert Shield / Storm. Outside of work, he’s a big reader. He enjoys hunting birds and spend time with my family.

Project Manager

David M. Zint
Sales & Estimating Manager

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with decades of experience in construction supply, sales, and estimating, David brings discipline, integrity, and deep industry knowledge to every project.
